H2C leads the nation's largest and most complex radioactive waste cleanup, including closure of the legacy waste tanks at Hanford containing 56 million gallons of radioactive and chemical waste. H2C is seeking a Senior Mission Assurance Analyst within the Mission Excellence Organization to drive strategic implementation, execution, and continuous improvement of the Contractor Assurance System (CAS). In this role, you will provide leadership across functional areas such as self-assessments, lessons learned, occurrence reporting (ORPS), independent assessments, event investigation, causal analysis, and corrective actions, leveraging the DevonWay/iCAS application and advanced analytics to support data integrity, trending, automation, and development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs/PIs). Experience in data analytics, compliance, operations management, business, engineering, or ESHQ—especially within hazardous waste processing, nuclear, power plant, chemical, or military environments—is a basic requirement. Your job will be a combination of these functions based on your experience and assigned role, with the ability also be able to lead both the Management Performance Reviews (MPRs) and the assessment processes. Your ability to effectively communicate these results at various levels of an organization is key to your success. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following: *Operate with minimal supervision or management direction; lead large-scale internal and external assessments, investigations, causal analyses and enterprise assurance initiatives. *Drive strategic initiatives in Contractor Assurance System (CAS) governance, data quality, automation, and risk management; ensure alignment with enterprise objectives. *Demonstrate expert knowledge of CAS and DOE policies; manage operational and technical assurance programs across departments; represent the organization in site-wide forums. *Lead the Management Performance Review (MPR) process, presenting enterprise trends, issues, and corrective actions. The Management Performance Review (MPR) is a snapshot of the overall health of facility and functional programs from a CAS perspective and supports communication of topics and issues to the Executive Safety Quality Review Committee (ESQRC). *Guide adoption of AI-enhanced analytics, performance dashboards, and automation tools in the DevonWay/iCAS application to improve visibility and timeliness of decisions. *Develop strategic direction, goals, and policy updates aligned with enterprise risk management and performance objectives. *Evaluate the results of programs and prepares reports and recommendations based on these evaluations. *Leads, mentors, and develops subordinate staff in area of expertise. *Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to implement corrective actions and mature assurance program elements, including Observation Performance Tracking (OPT), Occurrence Reporting and Processing System (ORPS), lessons learned, and Executive Safety Quality Review Committee (ESQRC) reporting. *Development Path: This level enables development to the next higher grade based on strong performance and results. *Rotation Expectation: Analysts could rotate across Mission Assurance roles within the Mission Excellence Organization to enhance skills and professionally develop. The timing of these rotations is based on performance, mastery of assigned role, and mission needs.

Qualifications

Grade 20: Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree in a related field; and Ten (10) years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience Grade 21: Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree in a related field; and 12 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience *Note the essential duties for this grade level are like that of the previous grade level, however the scope of responsibility is significantly larger, and the expected level of performance is greatly increased.

Compensation

In accordance with the company's philosophy on compensation for exempt and salaried non-exempt employees, H2C takes into consideration a variety of factors when determining initial grade and salary to include assigned job scope and responsibility, a candidate's qualifications as compared to internal comparators performing in a similar role, and the external labor market. A salary offer will be made at the appropriate grade level and within the targeted hiring range posted according to these factors. Note a candidate's prior salary history will not be taken into consideration.
