What You’Ll Do Day-To-Day: Demonstrate competency in the core areas of Safety; Quality and Procedural Compliance; Productivity; Attendance/Availability; Qualifications Maintained; and specific skills appropriate to the Technician's training. Ceramics Technician: Receives OJT to become Grinder and Inspection Qualified.
Qualifications
What You'Ll Bring: High School diploma or equivalent education. Minimum of 6 months of related experience. Possess mechanical aptitude. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Compensation
Total Rewards Package: Total Rewards Package Salary: $24.75 - $25.75 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
