Support and troubleshoot role-based security, data access, approvals, and provisioning issues in partnership with security/IAM teams. Partner with integration teams on procurement, supplier, inventory, expense, and payables integrations and support end-to-end issue resolution. Document functional and technical designs, workflows, configuration decisions, controls, and support procedures. Provide knowledge sharing and guidance to peers, business stakeholders, and support teams. Participate in production support and service management activities, including incident, problem, and change management, as needed. Support long-term platform improvement efforts focused on reducing manual work, improving transparency, strengthening compliance, and simplifying the user experience for requesters, approvers, buyers, suppliers, and compliance stakeholders.
