The Work Control Activity Manager supports safe, disciplined, and efficient field execution by ensuring high-quality activity level work planning across the company. This role applies work management principles and Conduct of Operations standards to strengthen planning, hazard awareness, and operational discipline. A day in the life of a Work Control Activity Manager includes, but is not limited to: * Providing oversight on the Work Control process across the company to ensure high quality, complete, and hazard informed work packages. * Providing technical oversight and performance of work planning process. This includes resolving issues and facilitating alignment between management, planners, and subject matter experts * Providing senior level input and oversight on Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) to accurately reflect hazards and controls, including correct skill based/ beyond skill based determinations and clear incorporation of controls into work instructions. * Provide oversight of program requirements in relation to work instructions, hazards analysis, and supporting documentation for technical accuracy. * Provide guidance to personnel for the implementation of CPCCo work planning and work management procedures * Coordinating and leading discussions to enhance communication flow between Work Control, Work Week, Operations, Maintenance, and field organizations to support schedule reliability and safe execution of work. * Providing strategic input for the improvement of the planning process, work control training, hazard reviews, and workflow practices across the company. * Obtain work planner qualification to support the Maintenance and Work Control organization.
Qualifications
* Career Grade 20: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience plus 8 or more years of relevant experience * Senior Grade 21: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience plus 10 or more years of relevant experience The higher posted level has a greater scope, complexity, authority, impact. Compensation
In accordance with the CPCCo salary determination process, CPCCo takes into consideration the level of assigned job duties and responsibilities, and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience relative to internal peers and the external labor market. CPCCo will not solicit salary history for candidates. Expected annualized pay range based on full time schedule (40 hours per week): * Career Level Grade 20: $114,700 - $183,450 * Senior Level Grade 21: $126,200 - $202,000 In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for variable pay awards.
