CPCCo is looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) engineer to join our team to perform the following job duties and responsibilities: * Primarily perform QA surveillances, assessments, audits, and reviews to determine compliance with and effective implementation of the CPCCo QA Program. * Develop, review and approve documents and procedures implementing the CPCCo QA Program to assure QA requirements are integrated into project work planning, procurement, and assurance of performance. These are to include commercial grade dedications and product Quality Assurance Inspection Plans. * Perform field inspection and oversight of work activities using basic, mechanical and welding level II inspection disciplines. * Provide expert QA/QC guidance and problem-solving expertise as requested to resolve and prevent quality problems. * Perform contract and contractor oversight activities. * Provide QA Engineer support to CPCCo Projects.
Qualifications
* Career Level Grade 18: Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience with 6 or more years of relevant experience. * Career Level Grade 19: Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience with 8 or more years of relevant experience. * Senior Level Grade 20: Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience with 10 or more years of relevant experience. The higher posted level has greater scope, complexity, authority, impact. The level offered to the selected candidate will be based on the needs of the company and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience.
Compensation
In accordance with the CPCCo salary determination process, CPCCo takes into consideration the level of assigned job duties and responsibilities, and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience relative to internal peers and the external labor market. CPCCo will not solicit salary history for candidates. Expected annualized pay range based on 40 hours per week: * Career Level Grade 18: $94,750 - $151,800 * Career Level Grade 19: $104,200 - $166,650 * Senior Level Grade 20: $114,700 - $183,450 In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for variable pay awards.
