CPCCo seeks a Manager to lead the Digital Transformation (DT) Data Analytics and A.I. group. The DT group drives innovation at CPCCo by developing scalable solutions that streamline business operations and enhance efficiency. As part of the Business Services department, DT works closely with various teams to deliver data-driven tools and advanced technologies, empowering professionals to optimize processes and embrace continuous improvement. The group fosters a collaborative, customer-focused culture, making it an ideal environment for candidates with both technical and business expertise seeking impactful opportunities. The Data Analytics and A.I. Manager's duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: * Lead and manage business analytics and data solutions projects, including planning, execution, requirements gathering, sprint management, and stakeholder communication. Provide updates to executives and foster strong business relationships. * Architect, design, and implement robust data solutions and predictive analytics using machine learning and artificial intelligence to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with business teams and data owners to define requirements, roadmaps, and strategies for evolving data infrastructure. * Supervise teams managing Power BI Service assets, reporting goals, and maintaining data quality and integrity. * Define development standards, optimize processes, and lead engineering teams in analysis, development, testing, and production support. * Drive continuous improvement by questioning existing processes, implementing changes, and ensuring compliance with business controls and audits. * Serve as the escalation point for user inquiries, engage with Information Management and Hanford Service Providers, and provide training on reporting formats and data quality requirements. * Promote education efforts for digital transformation solutions and tools across the organization; and * Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Grade 21: * Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree in related discipline, plus ten (10) years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Grade 22: * Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree in related discipline, plus twelve (12) years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. *The higher posted level encompasses greater scope, complexity, authority, and impact. The level offered to the chosen candidate will depend on the company's needs and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience.
Compensation
In accordance with the CPCCo salary determination process, CPCCo takes into consideration the level of assigned job duties and responsibilities, and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience relative to internal peers and the external labor market. CPCCo will not solicit salary history for candidates. Expected annualized pay range based on full time schedule (40 hours per week): * Grade 21: $126,200 – $202,000 * Grade 22: $137,150 – $240,000 In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for variable pay awards.
