CPCCo seeks a Prime Contracts Manager who will be responsible for the execution and administration of the Central Plateau Prime Contract with DOE. Provide leadership and direction within CPCCo for the administration of the prime contract consistent with CPCCo strategic goals. Represent CPCCo in interfaces with DOE related to the prime contract and negotiation of contract changes. The Prime Contracts Manager's duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: * Lead the execution, administration, and governance of the DOE Central Plateau Cleanup prime contract on behalf of CPCCo, ensuring alignment with company objectives, contractual requirements, and applicable laws, regulations, and internal procedures. * Serve as the primary contractual interface with the DOE Hanford Field Office technical and procurement teams on prime contract matters, including interpretation of contract requirements, task order and change proposal negotiation, and resolution of contractual issues with tact and diplomacy. * Lead the timely identification, evaluation, and disposition of actual or potential contract changes, including directed changes, constructive changes, differing site conditions, requests for equitable adjustment and other scope, schedule, cost, or fee impacts. * Evaluate prime contract governance processes, procedures, and controls to ensure risks associated with administration of the prime contract are understood and managed effectively. * Leverage data analytics and information to identify contract administration process improvements. * Review all outgoing correspondence from a prime contract compliance perspective. * Oversee the scoping, development, and on time delivery of high-quality Task Order and change proposals, and responses to contract impact assessment requests. * Serve as the primary contract interface between the client and CPCCo projects/functional organizations regarding contractual matters and assist in definition and interpretation of contract requirements and contract price. Provide contract management training. * Oversee performance measure and incentive administration and development of self-assessment submittals and responses to DOE assessments (e.g., CPARs). * Identify and track contract and Task Order deliverables to assist projects/functional groups with on-time completion. * Provide periodic reporting on Prime Contract administration and change/fee negotiation trends and themes to CPCCo and Board governance entities. * Contribute to company-wide strategies and initiatives. * Coordinate with Other Hanford Contractors to ensure a consistent, One Hanford approach to contract requirements and interpretations, where appropriate. * Manage the Prime Contract Compliance organization by setting direction, establishing priorities assigning work, evaluating performance, and providing coaching, feedback, and development to team members. Address performance or conduct concerns and support appropriate corrective or disciplinary actions, as needed. Interview, select, and develop staff to meet organizational needs.

Qualifications

Grade 23: * Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree in related discipline, plus fourteen (14) years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Compensation

In accordance with the CPCCo salary determination process, CPCCo takes into consideration the level of assigned job duties and responsibilities, and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience relative to internal peers and the external labor market. CPCCo will not solicit salary history for candidates. Expected annualized pay range based on full-time schedule (40 hours per week): Grade 23: $154,300 - $270,300 In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for variable pay awards.
