Duties

Responsible for administering the Hanford Site Wide Inspector Qualification & Certification Program and supporting the Suspect/Counterfeit Items (S/CI) Program. Serves as a Level III Inspector, technical authority, instructor, mentor, training and other Quality Assurance (QA) and S/CI requirements across multiple contractors. Key duties include: * Managing qualifications, certifications, evaluations, examinations, and records. * Developing and maintaining inspector training plans, materials, and exams. * Conducting inspector evaluations and administering refresher/corrective action training. * Conduct and provide onsite source inspections as needed. * Providing classroom and hands-on instruction, mentoring, and Subject Matter Expert (SME) support. * Ensuring compliant records, certification maintenance, and regulatory flow-down. * Supporting contractor onboarding and resolving qualification/independence issues. * Providing audit and assessment support with objective evidence and corrective action engagement. * Administering S/CI program activities, evaluations, reporting, and training. * Supporting QA engineering, supplier oversight, Level III inspection activities, and procurement-quality needs. * Developing and maintaining QA procedures, guidance, and implementing documents. * Contributing to continuous improvement through trend analysis, cause analysis, and SME participation.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Quality Assurance (QA), or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in a regulated QA or inspector role. * Experience administering qualification/certification programs in a regulated QA environment. * Ability to develop and deliver technical training, exams, and qualification assessments. * Strong record management, regulatory interpretation, and QA program support capabilities. * Ability to obtain and maintain a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Credential badge.
