What You’Ll Do Day-To-Day: Assist project leadership for major commercial design, construction, expansion, extension, renovation or component replacement projects. Assist with the coordination of project plans/schedules/materials to ensure project quality, reliability, cost and timing objectives. Assist with the development of project assignments, timetables and responsibilities for team members. Coordinate multiple project activities including organizing personnel, materials and equipment. Help define and forecast needed skills to meet project objectives. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate exchanges and communication with suppliers throughout the project lifecycle. Launch purchase requests (PR creation) and support the ordering process. Prepare kickoff meeting presentations and create meeting minutes. Track project deliverables using a deliverable tracker and regularly update progress. Interface with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of documents and materials. Report any delays, discrepancies, or risks to the Project Manager. Receive incoming supplier documents, classify them in the appropriate project folder, and perform a conformity check against Framatome’s documentation requirements (format, completeness, compliance with submission rules – not technical content) Notify stakeholders when new documents arrive and follow up on the review progress. Maintain up‑to‑date deliverable tracking and alert in case of configuration discrepancies. Ensure proper organization and maintenance of the group shared drive. Assist with the structuring and organization of backup folders and project documentation. Upload documents into REDS, initiate workflows for signatures, and follow up until completion. Support team cohesion and organize team‑building or internal engagement events when needed. Follow and support administrative processes such as Start-Up Council activities. Coordinate delivery of materials, track shipments, and manage storage arrangements. Facilitate onboarding of new team members by coordinating access, documentation, and initial setup. Organize and follow up on appointment notifications (avis de RDV) for external visitors or suppliers. Skills & Qualifications: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and suppliers. Good communication skills and capacity to synthesize information. Familiarity with document management systems and tracking tools is a plus. Proactive, structured, and able to follow established processes.
Qualifications
What You'Ll Bring: Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of 4 years of related experience. Advanced knowledge of project management plan development, implementation and administration including knowledge of processes, procedures and tools. Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management and customers as required. Good problem identification and problem resolution skills with emphasis on 'root cause' analysis. Ability to collect, interpret, and present data clearly and accurately to support decision-making.
Compensation
Total Rewards Package: Salary: $84,000 - $110,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
