What You’Ll Do Day-To-Day: Develops and maintains current project schedules, schedule status and analysis with appropriate software. Assists in developing project work breakdown structure for projects to meet scheduling and cost tracking requirements. Assists in identifying required project resources (staff, materials, equipment, etc.). Assists in coordinating with IS on implementation, updating and enhancement to scheduling software tools. Participates on project teams providing valued project data and analysis. Generates accurate, timely reports and schedules for management. Recommends and develops scheduling process improvements. Continuous Improvement Initiatives - Support/Facilitates: Flash Meetings, A3 Projects, FMEA (and other Quality Tools), Performance Plans, Voice of the Customer, 8D Event Resolution, Visual Management Meetings
Qualifications
What You'Ll Bring: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field Minimum of 0 years of related experience or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree. Basic understanding of planning and scheduling concepts. Basic communication skills to comprehend, follow direction and convey detailed technical data. Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment. Good problem identification and problem resolution skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Ability to adjust schedules based on changing priorities.
Compensation
Total Rewards Package: Total Rewards Package Salary : $30.40 - $39.80 per hour , and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
