For more information, please visit Navarro-inc.com. NNL is hiring a Project Analyst to support construction projects ($3M-$80M) at Knolls Site, with possible support for Kesselring Site as needed. The PA will develop and maintain integrated resource and financial schedules in Primavera, track plans, conduct risk analysis, resolve conflicts, and monitor progress using project management techniques. Responsibilities also include preparing performance metrics for management and customers, processing change controls, and submitting reports. Additional tasks involve identifying resource conflicts, analyzing budgets and workforce estimates, developing parts of the Program Management Plan, supporting meetings, issuing change controls, and preparing closeout reports. Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Coursework or experience in project management, experience analyzing performance to plan, and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Proficiency in technical writing to author or support submittals, Proficiency with business intelligence software (e.g., PowerBI) is a plus.
Qualifications
Proficiency in scheduling software, preferably Primavera, Experience managing financial information.
