Our 100K Radiological Control (RadCon) team is seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Radiological Controls Administrator with strong written and verbal communication skills, who has the ability to work independently, and adept at accurately inputting data. Our mission is safe, compliant implementation of 10 CFR 835, Occupational Radiation Protection Program, which governs our Radiological Protection Program to support DOE in the management of long-term risks relative to radiological health and safety. A day in the life of a Radiological Controls Administrator involves: * Providing administrative support to the RadCon, D4, and Operations organization, including coordinating training, required reading, medical appointments, maintaining interoffice memos * Managing RadCon shared calendars, Employee Job Task Analysis, Employee Record Changes, Records Inventory and Disposition Schedule/radiological work records, and managing overtime/updating OTM report weekly * Supporting the development of performance indicators, and other assignments as directed by the RadCon Manager * Performing work in a safe, compliant, and cost-effective manner!

Qualifications

Grade 6: High School plus 8 years of relevant experience Grade 7: High School plus 10 years of relevant experience The higher posted level has greater scope, complexity, authority, impact. The level offered to the selected candidate will be based on the needs of the company and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience.

Compensation

In accordance with the CPCCo salary determination process, CPCCo takes into consideration the level of assigned job duties and responsibilities, and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience relative to internal peers and the external labor market. CPCCo will not solicit salary history for candidates. Expected annualized pay range based on full time schedule (40 hours per week): Grade 6: $47,450 - $75,950 Grade 7: $52,300 - $83,650 In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for variable pay awards.
