Position Summary The Construction Oversight Advisor provides field and project delivery support to promote the safe, efficient, compliant, and successful execution of construction activities. This position supports project leadership and field teams by helping maintain construction readiness, schedule discipline, cost awareness, performance visibility, quality, and compliance with Quality Assurance Program (QAP) requirements. Responsibilities Support field execution and project delivery activities to promote safe, efficient, and compliant construction performance. Assist with schedule management and help maintain schedule discipline throughout construction execution. Support change control activities and track changes affecting project delivery. Assist with cost tracking and provide visibility into construction-related cost performance. Participate in construction readiness reviews to help confirm activities are prepared for execution. Monitor construction performance and identify information needed by project leadership and field teams. Prepare and support executive-level reporting on construction status, performance, and project delivery matters. Coordinate between project leadership and field teams to support timely communication and effective execution. Help maintain project quality and compliance with applicable Quality Assurance Program (QAP) requirements.

Qualifications

Ability to provide field and project delivery support for construction activities. Working knowledge of schedule management, change control, cost tracking, construction readiness reviews, performance monitoring, and project reporting. Ability to coordinate effectively with project leadership and field teams. Ability to support project quality, schedule discipline, safe execution, and compliance with Quality Assurance Program (QAP) requirements. Preferred Qualifications Experience in construction management, field oversight, or project execution. Experience supporting construction activities for industrial facility projects. Education and Experience Experience with construction management, field oversight, project execution, or industrial facility projects is highly desirable.
