A day in the life of an Operations Support Specialist at the Integrated Disposal Facility (IDF) includes, but is not limited to: * Support Operations of IDF facility. * With limited assistance, maintain RCRA compliance documentation at IDF. * With limited assistance, manage RCRA documentation from subcontractor to Operating Record. * Perform detailed reviews of subcontractor monthly invoices, provide summary of review to project personnel and process final invoice. * Coordinate the review and processing of subcontract submittals for IDF. * Assist with Process Change Orders written by the Buyer's Technical Representative. * Perform pre-approval review of monthly work packages. * Participate in Management Assessments, Acceptance Testing and Procedure Validation. * Track disposal project metrics. * Process electronic Bill of Materials (eBOM) for ordering equipment and materials for the disposal facilities. * Assist project personnel with property management. * Perform required management actions in support of IDF procedure and process development efforts. (hold meetings, guiding discussions, reporting progress, identifying and mitigating program risks) * Perform document clearance and release as required to support external communication. * Perform other tasks assigned by project management that are necessary for IDF operations.

Qualifications

Early Career Level Grade 13: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Intermediate Grade 14: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 2 or more years of relevant experience The higher posted level has greater scope, complexity, authority, impact. The level offered to the selected candidate will be based on the needs of the company and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience.

Compensation

In accordance with the CPCCo salary determination process, CPCCo takes into consideration the level of assigned job duties and responsibilities, and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience relative to internal peers and the external labor market. CPCCo will not solicit salary history for candidates. Expected annualized pay range based on full time schedule (40 hours per week): Early Career Level Grade 13: $81,500 - $94,3000 Intermediate Grade 14: $81,500 - $103,750 In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for variable pay awards.
