What You’Ll Do Day-To-Day: Examine equipment to diagnose trouble and effect repairs or replacement of broken parts. Adjust functional parts of equipment as required Adhere to established industry and safety practices. Inspect completed work and ensure that work conforms to requirements of local building and safety codes. Industry approved apprenticeship program Good communicator/team player Must be able to follow written and oral instructions managing assignments per shift Ability to weld and maintain certifications

Qualifications

What You'Ll Bring: High School diploma or equivalent education. Millwright card preferred. Minimum of 4 years work experience which relates to the mechanical maintenance field, such as, repair of mechanical systems, metal fixture fabrication, welding, equipment alignment techniques and repair of pumps. T horough knowledge of maintenance techniques, material, tools and equipment. Ability to follow and carry out written and oral instructions and perform basic mathematical calculations. Mechanical aptitude and basic equipment operation experience is desirable. Ability to work a variety of shifts including rotating shift assignment. Ability to function well as a member of the work team.

Compensation

Total Rewards Package: Salary: $51.97 - $54.70 per hour , and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
