H2C is looking for an Operations Support Specialist supporting the Security & Emergency Services Manager. This position will support the implementation of Program Elements for the Security & Emergency Services Program, interfacing across all levels of the team and other project organizations. Under general supervision acts as an independent contributor in all conventional aspects of the subject matter or functional area of the assignments. Can execute complex, business-sensitive, and proprietary duties with discretion. Involved in decisions and actions that have a high visibility impact on the successful achievement of Security & Emergency Services goals and objectives. The specific duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to: * Enhanced Operational Drill report coordination and records management. * Maintain training records for the Security & Emergency Services (SES) program, including monthly reports. * Maintain SES programmatic records and files. * Conduct the required surveillances of the Alternate Incident Command Post (ICP) as well as the ERO binders and document any deficiencies within the iCAS system. * Serve as the Emergency Management (EM) organization point of contact for procedure revisions to ensure that ICP response procedures are maintained. * Provide updates from drill evaluations to EM Performance Indicator charts and status briefs. * Maintains and supports Corrective Action Management program implementation, participates in screening committee, participates in causal analysis and root cause analysis, as needed. Actively monitor and track internal and external suspense dates for ARs/CRs and informs SES management of issues/discrepancies. * Participate in assessments and Emergency Preparedness drill evaluations. * Serve as a trained controller/evaluator on emergency preparedness drills. * Be assigned a position within the Emergency Operations Center for a declared emergency (e.g., Protective Action Coordinator, WebEOC operator, Media Response Member). * Develop and administer programmatic functions to maintain an effective and Integrated Document Management System (IDMS) records management system for Emergency Preparedness. * Review and perform technical editing to emergency response procedures, reports and assessments. * Develop presentations, maps, charts and other graphics. * Supports development and preparation of reports and provides presentation on findings. * Oversee group supply orders, moves and ICP/conference room functionality. * Oversee and update group calendars. * Write, review and publish meeting minutes for numerous monthly meetings. * Maintain current drill information for integration calendar and meetings. * Experience working with DOORs or other Access-like databases; utilized to ensure regulatory and contractual requirements are captured in programmatic procedures * Comprehensive data administration and software knowledge * Experience with Microsoft suite of programs for office administration (specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word) * Knowledge and understanding of Procedure Workflow Review a& Approval Process (WRAP) * Experience with Integrated Document Management System (IDMS) or Smart Plant or other record management system * Perform monthly surveillances assigned by SES management * Perform assessments of EP programmatic elements as assigned by SES management
Qualifications
Grade 15: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in related field; and two (2) years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience Grade 16: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in related field; and three (3) years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience - Note the essential duties for this grade level are like that of the previous grade level, however the scope of responsibility is larger, and the expected level of performance is increased. Grade 17: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in related field; and five (5) years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience - Note the essential duties for this grade level are like that of the previous grade level, however the scope of responsibility is significantly larger, and the expected level of performance is greatly increased.
Compensation
In accordance with the company's philosophy on compensation for exempt and salaried non-exempt employees, H2C takes into consideration a variety of factors when determining initial grade and salary to include assigned job scope and responsibility, a candidate's qualifications as compared to internal comparators performing in a similar role, and the external labor market. A salary offer will be made at the appropriate grade level and within the targeted hiring range posted according to these factors. Note a candidate's prior salary history will not be taken into consideration.
