Duties

This position provides receptionist, clerical and logistical support for the HAMMER organization. Duties will include but are not limited to: --Assist students in locating their classes and respond to inquiries from staff and other visitors on the HAMMER campus. --Answer calls directed to the main HAMMER phone line and monitor requests received in the HAMMER inbox via the website. --Serve as an active member of the HAMMER Emergency Response Organization (ERO), preparing for and responding to emergencies by facilitating protective actions and delivering public address system messages. Assist with cataloguing, summarizing, and entering training evaluations into appropriate records for management review. --Provide support to HAMMER managers by scheduling meetings and coordinating room availability. --Scan records for Business Services staff to be entered into IDMS and other financial record systems. --Provide back-up support for other staff members during their absence.

Qualifications

--High School diploma/GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience --Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience performing administrative duties or supporting office operations --Intermediate computer skills and familiarization with Microsoft Excel, Word, TEAMS, OneNote and SharePoint --Basic knowledge and experience with databases --Strong communication and grammar skills --Strong attention to detail --Ability to work independently and as a team to complete tasks --Able to work 4x10, 5:00AM-3:30PM --Ability to obtain and maintain a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Credential badge

Compensation
