Duties

Provide general clerical support such as: *Scheduling meetings / Creating agendas / Monitoring email mailboxes *Making travel arrangements *Processing records (e.g. expense reports, training records, record completion) *Ordering materials, forms and manuals as needed Provide support to Radiation Safety Training program that includes, but is not limited to the following: *Determining individual customer training needs working with the Activity Manager. *Logistics support (strategic planning / forecasting class sessions and loads / instructor level needs/reserving training space) *Establishing class schedules / setting course sessions / managing rosters *Scheduling instructors *Preparing class documentation materials *Ensuring records are compliant with requirements and billed correctly *Assisting with design / development of training materials *Maintaining / modifying existing training materials *As needed, assist in the classroom and/or computer testing lab

Qualifications

*High School Diploma/GED and five (5) years administrative experience - OR - an equivalent combination of education and experience. *Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments for a variety of technical staff and customers with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. *Excellent office skills with emphasis on attention to detail. *Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills. *Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and data management. *Experience in developing presentations using a variety of media and technology. *Ability to work well in a team environment. *Flexible and willing to help wherever needed. *Ability to work a 4X10, 5:30AM-4:00PM shift. *Ability to obtain and maintain a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Credential badge.

Compensation
