What You’Ll Do Day-To-Day: Develops, maintains current project schedules, schedule status and schedule analysis with appropriate software. Assists in developing project work breakdown structure for projects to meet scheduling and cost tracking requirements. Provides critical path analysis and creates 'what if' scenarios; evaluates impact of changes to critical path. Assists in identifying and ensuring adherence to required project resources (staff, materials, equipment, etc.). Coordinates with IS on implementation, updating and enhancement to scheduling software tools. Participates on project teams providing valued project data and analysis; leads project schedule status meetings. Provides scheduling training, coaching and leadership to project staff, as needed. Develops and analyzes project metrics; generates accurate, timely reports and schedules for management. Recommends and develops scheduling process improvements.

Qualifications

What You'Ll Bring: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field Minimum of 2 years of related experience or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree. Understanding of planning and scheduling concepts. Basic comprehension of nuclear power plant systems, components and interrelated activities. Good communication skills to comprehend, follow direction and convey detailed technical data. Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment. Good problem identification and problem resolution skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Ability to adjust schedules based on changing priorities. Awareness of internal and external stakeholders to ensure complete work package inputs and definition.

Compensation

Total Rewards Package: Total Rewards Package Salary: $80,168.40 - $95,000 , and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
